Shipping and Returns

Shipping & Delivery

We want to make it as easy as possible to get your new electric bike kit and accessories. 

We’ve worked hard to find suppliers who can offer fast and free shipping to the US, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Canada! We also use parcel tracking to give you added peace of mind.  

If your package arrives damaged please email us at info@cyclecharged.com with pictures of the box damage, parts damage, and picture of the shipping slip.

Returns & Exchanges & Refunds

Returns:

Try our kits and accessories worry-free for 30 days! Electric bike motors, batteries, parts, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of the delivery of the product in the original non-damaged packaging.

We simply ask you to pay the return shipping cost of the purchase. We can help arrange return shipping through our courier network. Please email us at info@cyclecharged.com to organize a return or a replacement.

Exchanges:

If your shipment arrives and is incorrect or you'd be happier with a different product, please contact us at info@cyclecharged.com. Please check your package on arrival and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved in full. Shipping costs back to Cycle Charged are non-refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cyclecharged.com.  

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sales items will only be refunded based on the sale price not the full regular price. 

Exchanges (if applicable):
If the product you ordered isn't exactly what you were hoping for we can help! If you need to exchange a product, send us an email at info@cyclecharged.com and we will notify our suppliers and advise you of next steps.
